Except if this approach is borne out of some information that isn't public knowledge, it would have been better to put the money in an account or some foundation strictly for Mohbad's child's education.

Actually Pacific Energy owns both Olorunsogo Ogun state(750mw) and Omotosho Ondo state(513mw) power plants.They are independently run. So Olorunsogo alone does not solely generate 1200mw.
