The case is going to be thrown out. He attended and graduated from the university. That is all the information the court and the university will give Atiku.
A student's academic records will not be given to his political opponents, I strongly doubt that.
Tinubu on his own may request it and make it public, but for what purpose?

There is no propaganda. They confirmed he attended the school. But they said the paper he presented to INEC may not be the original.

That is not a case of forged Certificate. A certificate is forged when you didn't attend a school and you claim you did. But presenting non official documents as evidence you attended a school that you actually attended is not forgery but clerical error that can be corrected.

This was NOT what transpired.
The Lawyer to CSU said the Registrar under oath won't be able to say whether the document was issued from them or not.

The most appropriate thing is to submit the document to the school for proper verification. QED
