We don suffer for this country called naija.. Here in Saudi diesel is even cheaper than PMS. Diesel is 0.75sar. PMS is 2.3Sar. 1 Sar is 250naira. Do the maths..

Bro it is not about the refinery starting.. dangote refinery and port harcourt refinery need to pay of there debt besides dangote refinery is a private company so he is there to make profit. It can only create jobs and generate electricity.
