We have no Value chain addition and that's where the buck of the money and World trade is. Your lithium ore value may not be more 250usd per kg but u can use same to produce batteries that will worth more than 500usd from that 1kg. So who should command more authority?

Digging out natural resources isn't producing. You don't even have charge of the excavation. You don't know the quantity being brought out.
