I saw in the news yesterday that the Taraba state university lecturers are threatening to go on strike for unpaid salaries.

Same state is promising Corp members 85k

75k would be paid once for your entire service year if you are teaching as a corp member while 10k is your monthly stipend.

Thanks for your understanding. Taraba State Govt, I hail una, some Nothern States don't pay shi shi, you only go with your monthly allowee from Fed Govt.

una own go do better. When I got admission in 2006, there was only one cybercafe at SEETHEAD and then internet was not common like today. So compare and contrast. Futo then was bush. It was prof asiabaka that cleared it when he was vc. Nddc hostel was still an uncompleted building.

Bros, Boys are now men o, NYSC then was still valuable compare to now wey hardship and bad governance is killing moral.the number of graduates churned out then was quite minimal unlike now were glorified schools now pose as Higher institution of learning.

My stressful experience here was the long trek to diamond bank. That was the only bank here. If you like get there very early in the morning, you are sure to find lots of people there. Sometimes I will go in the morning and come back in the afternoon.
Then workshop and practicals too, and even long hours of lectures. There was a time a lecturer fixed class on Saturday. He couldn't cover everything that day and wanted to shift it to the next day being Sunday. We had to protest before he had pity on us.
