If justice truly works then that case should not even have dragged so long. All the inflated records were all in public records and approved for disclosure, those approving authorities are not innocent too.

Banks do scrutinize estate value using their own valuers so I see no offense here. If I want to obtain a loan and value my property at 1milliion Naira no Bank will sheepishly lend me 1 million without verification ising their own valuers.

You’re smart by half. Banks do not expect you to fake docs to obtain loans. Which is why he’s now being charged for fraud.

There's is a valuation of any property or business. You can’t just make up a number.
People have known for decades that Teump lies about his worth, he lies on everything.
He was able to get away with such fraud simply because he's rich.
The average American can't.
This just goes to show you saner clime crew that even in the US, we are not all equal before the law.

No they don’t go digging. You as a borrower are supposed to present facts and not fake documents. It is well written in every company’s agreement, that such crime is fraud and punishable by law.

The state has done their investigation and concluded fraud was committed hence the case.

Democrats judge, it will 100% be overturned in the supreme Court.

I'm an estate valuer here in Nigeria, TRUMP was not the one that did the valuation of his assets, it was a registered valuer in US.

If their is anyone to be held responsible, it should be the Valuer.

The judgement is laughable.
