Real Estate value in the USA is calculated using many variables, and one of them is the square footage the property occupies, the more the square footage the higher the value.

Trump was caught pants down inflating the number of square footage of his buildings, thereby artificially inflating the value of those buildings.

The actual footage is already cut in stone in the design and approved plans e.g. 34,000 sq.sf …..when applying for loans and financial Favours, this guy would eg submit that, that same property with not improvements is now eg 59,000 sq. ft, thereby almost doubling the value of the property.

When it now come to taxes and assessments, he will reduce the square footage of the same property eg to 27,000 sq. sf so as to be assessed a lower fees.

That is pure and intentional fraud!
