Exactly !!!, I am ready to bet with anyone that by 12midnight tuesday, story would change.
NLC, has unfortnately become a highly unserious group. In fact they are a joke. A very big one.
Anybody following them is doing so at their risk.

Tell me exactly how going on strike will help revamp the economy?

its not going to revamp but ground it totally something FG cannot withstand for a week...imagine when nothing is working, no movement, no transaction, nothing at all. then what follows, mass anarchy and chaos from frustration, even your paymasters will have no hiding place
its meant to send a message to FG that you cannot continue to push citizens around with hardship.

Going on strike before the payment of September salary is ill advised. Where will the workers you claim to be fighting for get the money to stock food at home?

Labour really needs to be strategic and stop behaving like an arm of Peter Obi’s Labour Party. A partisan Labour union led by a partisan ethnic bigot will ultimately not help the cause of the workers.

Engagement is the only way. Sit down with the FG and other representatives of employers of Labour and engage them till a common ground is found. Shutting down the country will hurt the workers more than the government.
So everything is now tribalism once it involves Igbos?

I don't know how most of you reason like you are just 5: years old babies.

Mention any sitting government since 1999 till date that did not fight with labour unions in NIGERIA.

This Tinubu's government has really exposed how tribalistic most of you are, hypocrites.

You're talking about the labour union engaging the federal government for discussion and other stuff, now the question is how long have they been engaging the government on this issue, has anything change for good, or is there any positive response from them? No. Rather they look for a way to buy time by making empty promises. And you can't say you're not aware of what I said except you're mentally and physically blinded.
The last time NLC and TUC went on nationwide strike, the federal government called them for dialogue, only for them to make their useless and empty promises, which till now hasn't change anything but increased pain for the masses.

It's very obvious you're one of those Tinubu urchins that don't mean well for the country, your moniker already says it all. And It's very shameful and surprising that people are still reasoning this way when majority of the masses are suffering from untold hardship created by this selfish, senseless, heartless and greedy leaders on Nigeria.

Lastly, I think peter obi is very important to you that's why you can't get his name off your keypad.
