All credentials are subject to verification,

Companies and employer of labour verifies applicant/ employees certificates right from primary school up to higher institutions before confirming their employment,

So INeC didn't verify all documents submitted to them, what a mess,

Banks here in naija does verification of all employees certificates, same as other organisations,

Shame on tinubu and his co- travellers, esp the tribal bigots ,

Tribal bigot, ask yourself a question, you support lack of integrity because he is from your tribe and same time uphold integrity in your various place of work,

Shame on all of you for the double standard you uphold

That's why they don't want to restructure the country. They don't want accountability and regional development. Wicked people with evil tendencies and inclinations.

What they are unaware is that the political lobbyists group they paid to influence the judgement didn't get a head Way! And the judge gave no concession for 3rd party nonsense!

Three things she's considering:
• Judge Gilbert Jeffrey order, which is what they're appealing. Guess how's it's going to end! An upheld of judge Gilbert Order.
• Their reasons for upturning judge Gilbert order. We now know it's nonsense. Only a criminal would have "Grievous & Irreparable harm" should ordinary papers be released. US court's do not cover up for criminals!
• CSU reason position. Their reasons have been advance already. We're tired of the bad publicity and pilled up legal fees. If you give the order, we will release every damn documents with us!
•. Those Ronu fools swearing affidavits up & down in Maryland, & Illinois that they know Asiwaju more than Auntie Remi won't be considered..... sorry guys to disappoint you all. Go collect your lobbyist money paid to them shikena..

I tell you it's not looking good for Asiwaju. HE Atiku Abubakar deserve an Award indeed!

What these local criminals don't understand is that Asiwaju can not claim "Privacy" since he has already taken a step by tendering same document with INEC, assuming it's the same!

HE Atiku as an interested party, which he has effectively demonstrated, deserve a privilege to get the original & all related doc to clear up doubts brought by discrepancies already established!

US court's no be like Nigeria courts where big men with questionable wealth dish out Orders to poor, salary owed judges!

I'm sure, there's going to be a consequential order against Asiwaju lawyers, Monday is not far off. Her judgement is ready from what we have gathered, and it's going to be a written order. Disobey am head straight to jail!

Gbamsulotely, end of thread, next news jareeeeeeeeeeee cheesy

If our leaders can put this much effort in developing Nigeria, she would be a great country and one of the best place to live in the world. But see how personal intrest in who wants to be the president is causing. Taking the fight all the way from Nigeria to the abroad.

Of course. If Tinubu was not in trouble why is he begging the court to spare him the release of admission and acceptance letters addressed to a female Tinubu who had already graduated from community college before Amoda Ogunlere(male Tinubu) arrived the shores of USA....e choke abi 😂😂.

Imagine the Jagaban of Borgu begging everyone like peasant. His humiliation is inescapable

My only wonderment right now is what made the male tinubu think he can hide the information about the female tinubu forever?😆

You can't influence the US judiciary.
The Chagori connection cant work here.

BREAKING: U.S. District Judge, Honorable Nancy L. Maldonado canceled oral argument and presentation, reserves ruling on Bola Tinubu’s objections to Magistrate Judge Gilbert's order directing Chicago State University to release Tinubu’s academic records to Atiku within 48 hours.

“The Court will endeavor to issue a written ruling as soon as possible.”

How were you able to come up with this claim cos last time I checked its atiku in pdp that filed the case so how did u manage to drag another party into this. Also are really trying to say pdp don't have supporters anymore. Please try not to sound dumb or use ur usual insult to divert the question

Don't mind those agbado dust filled skulls .

They are usually incapable of clear thought and reasoning.

Atiku filed a case against their master and personal god, but somehow they have managed to continue dragging OBIDIENTs into their issue.

It's really crazy, I must say.

US Court Says Many Interested Third Parties Sending Emails To Influence Court On President Tinubu's Certificate Saga

May the wrath of God come upon them. Everyone involved in evil manipulations of judgement will be visited by the wrath of God. Why can’t they allow the records to be released if he truly attended CSU? They already knew this would be the most populous disgrace to the drug lord. No wonder Nigeria is under the siege of corruption and falsehood. May God’s vengeance come upon them all.

From this article, you can infer that the emails are from Tinubu's supporters but the court has said, no "ex-parte", some people need to look up it's meaning in a dictionary.

All Nigerians want is transparency, as a public figure, you should be as transparent as possible. Obama debunked the rumours concerning his place of birth by simply producing his birth certificate, simple.

Or, is the President hiding something?
3rd party is Peter Obi's headless mob.

The case involves Atiku and Tinubu.
