So what experience do you really have that you can conclude most nigerian hospitals are mortuaries? Do you know what most means? And to say surviving surgery in nigeria is by by the grace? Thats a pure lie or you can say an extreme exageration.

There are always 5 causes
1. Negligence
2. Tiredness
3. Poor intra-communication between the surgical team
4. Wanting to pay back the patient relative for being rude to them
5. Insufficient exposure to the particular surgical procedure.

So sad, may she rest in peace
