Hunger pangs, personal observation.
Once hunger sets in, one's thoughts are not straight forward. You veer off a straight thinking process. One's legs become week.

You will be less active. Your eyelids will start closing little by little and eyelids will become lewid.
One won't be able to sleep, your private part will become weak and very small.

You start to hear your name. In your mind, your mind will be calling your name. The voice is sharp and definite at the start. Then later the voice reduces and it slows down.
You start to hear your heart beat
