It ended in the dustbin because we have empty heads in the supreme court who don’t understand the meaning of “And FCT” or can we say choose not to understand!

The Registrar of CSU authentication of Tinubu’s studentship is not same concerning the oluwole factory manufactured diploma he submitted to INEC in 2022 that is the crux of the matter here.

Tinubu attended CSU but he forged the diploma certificate you guy are hyperventilating on thereby commiting criminal forgery and perjury offense that are punishable according to the Nigerian law.
Shameless Old Wailer.

Try this for us lets see:

Go to the ATM machine and withdraw N10,000 from your bank account

It's your money right? Your hard earned money, nobody else can lay claim to it

Destroy the money or throw it in the sea, in essence, lose the money

Go home and use your printer to print N10,000 that looks like the one you lost

Now go to the bank and deposit the money you printed

That's all grin

Ode!! the school school would stand as a witness ...
Atiku is fighting on 3 fronts
1. Against Inec
2. Against CSU
3. Against Tinubu
I doubt if he would win the first two in the supreme court .....
Why can't people just rest and stop helping Tinubu become more popular and relevant

The school clearly stated that they allowed third party replacement.
These are case study of two different countries which mean Certificate is ordinary ceremonial paper in US and CSU claimed that they don't issued any replacement so where do you want Asiwaju to get a replacement from ?

Asiwaju no be IPOBidients mate 🤣😂🤣😀😂

Don't u read from d disposition, that his result is still with them,y did tinubu refused to collect his result rather went to a business center in Lagos to forget a result, there's something fishy about tinubu records..

I don't think the tribalist Isl*mics criminal is different from many Nigerians in paperwork scheme. The problem is that it is more than meets the eyes, and he also did this for the highest position in Nigeria.

Many japa Nigerians have used shady ways to get to their japa destination. Nigeria has not credible in paperwork for a long time, so I don't really see this as a crime like that. The problem with the hardened tribalist criminal is greed, a high level of naivety, and his intent on systematic tribalism and hate spread.

I honestly don't know what is wrong with the brains of these Tinubu supporters. Are they insane or something?

Someone submitted a certificate that was not issued by his school to INEC and they are here trying to twist the truth.

What's most appalling is that they assume anyone speaking against the President's disgraceful act of forgery is Igbo.

They should please start acting like people who use their brain, even if they don't use it, they should just pretend to.

Bush men exhibiting their gross ignorance, The major one is the idea that because Tinubu presented a certificate (called a “diploma” in America) to INEC that didn’t emanate from Chicago State University, whose registrar affirmed under oath that Tinubu graduated from there, he has committed forgery in the legal sense of the term.

That thinking betrays ignorance of the American university system—and results from people using their limited Nigerian lenses to refract an American phenomenon that’s beyond their experiential reality.

In America, the diploma is the printed version—or fixed extension—of a graduation ceremony. It’s merely ceremonial and can be tweaked or individualized by anyone without legal consequences.

It betrays a stupendous poverty of legal and logical imagination to say that the “forgery” (unauthorized redesign is a better expression) of a non-legally-binding ceremonial document of a validly earned degree invalidates the degree.

It’s never mentioned in CSU’s diplomas that alteration of the documents renders them invalid because they have no validity beyond being decorative documents.

This lady should enlighten us as to the difference between a “forged document” and a “replacement document certified by the institution that issued the original to you in the first place”.
If her knowledge does not extend to that degree, she should allow the honourable justices of the Supreme Court do their job! cool cool
