If you, even you, had only known on this day how many so called academics in Nigerian universities hold fake qualifications—but now it is hidden from your eyes. I know one in a department within the Faculty of Arts, University of Ibadan. Besides, the Nigerian Anglican Church, especially East of the Niger, is awash with Bishops with fake doctorates. |

Re: Tinubu Certificate Scandal: Constitutional Implications By Aisha Mohammed Agashi by fulladder: 2:44am On Oct 08, 2023 |
AntiChristian: And the signatures? I read many stating stating that the certificate is ceremonial. Folks are applying the Laws in the US educational sector to our Nigerian dynamics. I tell you bud, as long as that replacement Certificate was presented in the Nigerian shores, it has now adopted the policies of the recipient entity, here Nigeria. The certificate as presented in Nigeria is seen as an important component in the requirements for candidacy and the whole ceremonial thing holds no water. |

Re: Tinubu Certificate Scandal: Constitutional Implications By Aisha Mohammed Agashi by Kukutente23: 6:07am On Oct 08, 2023 |
plaindealer:By this your argument, tinubu is even worse not qualified to be president because what you're implying is that the evidence he submitted to show that he meets the requirement for office has no probative value. It can't be trusted for authenticity and validity. It is inconsequential, unofficial and non-legally binding to use your exact words. |
