And here's the logic:
The organisers had promoted the show with his name; that counts for something in showbiz.

His name and brand has been used. Don't forget that big companies pay good money to be associated with the Davido brand. Pinnick and his group can't be an exception.

The most that can happen is that part of the money would be refunded, but not all.

However you look at it, David has a strong case.
