I was forced to ask, what is going on in our supreme Court these days?, when the tribunal at the court of appeal issued their judgement, the supreme Court did not waste anytime in constituting their panel and called for a quick start of appeals, but since atiku came back from the US, everything has slowed down and they are no longer in a hurry but one thing is sure, they must consider all appeals and deliver judgement next month, the Constitution gave them only two months, but why are they no longer in the fire brigade mode again?

Every Arms of government in Nigeria is competing on who will be more corrupt and I think judiciary is about to take the lead. Because some judgments beg for answers eg uzodinma, akpabio, lawan, umahi, orji uzor, tinubu and many others.

Nigerian judiciary is a disgrace to the profession all over the world.

The answer is simple, when US court announce that they are going to fast track the proceeding of the case so that they can deliver their judgement on wether to grant Atiku his request or decline his request, but due to the way the case was going they are afraid that the court may order CSU to release the document to Atiku before the deadline of tribunal judgement on 16th of september, mr TSAMANI quickly announce that he will deliver his judgement on 6th of september and that was the same tactics they are trying to apply again so that Atiku will not be able to get those document before supreme court proceeding but God pass them.
