In this appeal, the issue before us, is not who won majority of votes in the States which is debatable, but who won majority of lawful votes in the Federation. I have seriously gone through the respective briefs of the parties vis-a-vis the record of Appeal, I am unable to find any alternative figure put forward by the appellants as their rightful votes scored in the election other than the scores released by the 1st Respondent (INEC) showing that the 2nd Respondent (Tinubu) won the election and it is presumed correct.

Do not analyse or judge matters based on sentiments and emotion. Just that 25% in FCT matter alone is just ridiculous. You are simply trying to say that the people in ABJ have 2 heads and have more value than those in other states.
