In this appeal, the issue before us, is not who won majority of votes in the States which is debatable, but who won majority of lawful votes in the Federation. I have seriously gone through the respective briefs of the parties vis-a-vis the record of Appeal, I am unable to find any alternative figure put forward by the appellants as their rightful votes scored in the election other than the scores released by the 1st Respondent (INEC) showing that the 2nd Respondent (Tinubu) won the election and it is presumed correct. 97 Likes 13 Shares
