I have seriously gone through the respective briefs of the parties vis-a-vis the record of Appeal, I am unable to find any alternative figure put forward by the appellants as their rightful votes scored in the election other than the scores released by the 1st Respondent (INEC) showing that the 2nd Respondent (Tinubu) won the election and it is presumed correct. It must be such a shameful thing for the counsel's to pdp and Lp to sit in that court room to listen to that judgement.. Like where they hoping for a miracle? At the pept the female judge asked them that was it the job of the court to go to the market to help them look for evidence? At the Supreme Court Okoro repeated same thing. The way all the judges are dismissing without wasting time must be shamefull. One thing I have learnt from this election, and Peter Obi in particular, is a reaffirmation of the old saying that when you're penny wise, you become pounds foolish. Imagine the hundreds of millions of naira wasted on lawyers at the Election petition tribunal level, supreme court level, and even chasing Tinubu's records all over the world. Shouldn't this money have been used instead to pay as many polling agents as possible to secure the votes at every stage of the elections, collation, transmission etc? 11 Likes 1 Share |

We all know Atiku and Obi are bad losers from the onset. They were just hinging on irrelevances to distract the presidency. You can't divide your house into 3 and expect victory against a united house. Now Tinubu should concentrate on improving the quality of living for every Nigerians. I am his ardent supporter, but I'm not impressed so far with the level of hardship an average Nigerian is passing through.
