A 22 years old man Andrew Burls was charged with two count of arson being reckless as whether life was endangered.He was charged with three counts of burglary and will appears at Camberwell Green Magistrates Count on Tuesday.He was a witness of August 8 disorder in west london as well as Birmingham,Liverpool, Nottingham, Bristol and the Medway towns and which brought the shooting of Mark Duggan by police in tottenham. |
