▢ Adversity Quotient (AQ) - refers to one’s ability to overcome challenges or adversity. When faced with troubles, the Adversity Quotient considers who will give up, who will abandon their family, and who will contemplate suicide.

Number 4 is especially important is what you are working on includes improving your general quality of living.

Anybody who hasn't yet arrived at the conclusion that life has no meaning has not actually experienced much in life, or thought deeply about it. So since you have arrived there, firstly, I will say to you, welcome.

So to make life meaningful is to find that thing that will make all the struggles worth it.

For example, Mandela believed a free South Africa from the apartheid government was worth his life, hence, he spent 27 years in prison and still fought until he won.

Traditionally, most people find meaning in family. To be tasked with the solemn duty to shape the next generation of humans is a kind of joy that only parents experience. You hated it when you saw a teen slap an old man right? now you have your own child, train him well.

Find a higher purpose. A purpose that is also doing well financially. Partner with it by offering your assistance and services. As the purpose/organization grows, it will pull you up

First of all, change your location. Figure out the kind of life you want and start the things that will lead you to that life.

First of all, change your location. Figure out the kind of life you want and start the things that will lead you to that life.

I have changed my location already but I noticed people hardly want to help you since they don't know apart from greeting them.

I once walked up to a man who sells used cars, I told him I was looking for a job and I can be helping him to advertise his cars and bringing buyers. The man legit told me I should come back the following week that he's not the owner of the cars. Also that he doesn't know me that much.

First of all pray about everything, take your time to observe things that works for you and things that do not work for you, read some self help books. You will be fine at the end of it all.
