 Get their mail and send a mail to them attaching the screenshot and copy , efcc, icpc, and other betting regulatory agencies emails to them requesting for your winning money. That's what they always do even bet naija they will say it system error same way MTN deleted owed balance and then returned them again saying it's a glitch error.
