All these copy and paste will not save your goof.

How can you be quoting a phantom time when NLC had no affiliations with any party all in the name to please your paymasters? 😏

Even I do not believe ignorance is incurable. But you're welcome to prove me wrong 😎

Some of you lack common sense and simple english comprehension, I did not said brutality is or should be allowed. Please read slowly: What I said was that the man Ajaero went to campaign (as a person and not representing the Labor union), which is ok, in the process, other people (and not security agents) attacked him (among other people that was also attacked at same time and same event). Are you now saying Ajaero is more important than the others that were brutalized?
You claim I lack common sense. But you're the one making wild claims that Ajaero went to Imo to campaign when videos of him with protesters are everywhere protesting for unpaid salaries. Did you see Achonu the labour party candidate at the protest?
So how did your common sense link a protest for unpaid salaries to campaign for elections?

And if we only you can comprehend my point all along, you will know that I am justifying brutalization but rather other people were also brutalized at the same campaign location, Is Ajaero now more important or special to the others?. In my Student union days, if the SUG president is brutalized in his own personal endeavor, no one will protest. Please try to read and comprehend before responding.

Ajaero went to campaign and not for Labor union activity, he (including others) was brutalized as a person and the Labor union shut the country down. Does that make sense to you?

You are deliberately not saying the truth if you say Joe Ajaero didn't go to Imo State on picketing mission, which is a legal labour union activity. And that deliberate denial of truth has made you comfortable to justify Joe Ajaero's brutalization to calm your conscience. Look, it doesn't matter your deliberate denial of the naked truth, the fact that Joe Ajaero went to Imo State on picketing mission to get Imo State Government to do the right thing made the NLC and TUC affiliates to attempt to shut the country down. Simple.

Besides, you can google what Joe Ajaero went to Imo State to do before attacked. It is simple.

It is simply wicked of Adams Oshiomole to rationalize the brutalization of Joe Ajaero for political reasons. No citizen deserves what happened to Joe Ajaero. Police had the option of just detaining him in isolation to cut off oxygen to the protest but they chose brutalization to please people who call themselves democrats. that By the way, there is no picture of Adams Oshiomole with swollen face and bloody bandages as NLC President anywhere.

Look, I don't know about these days but during our time of campus aluta struggle, if our SUG president comes back to the campus with swollen and bloody face, the campus and the town will be turned upside down. How much more the president of NLC. We are talking national president here. Nonsense!

You are Missing the national point, considering the suffering and state Nigerians are living in the last 8yrs... Do we have NLC ?? what has Ajaero led NLC done for Nigerians to warrant stand Up from Nigerians.

The mannerism the strike action was carried out and suspended affirms its never about the people, busineses lock down for few days lost something and even now that NLC called off the strike what did Nigerians gain.

Ajaero might be NLC president but he is undeserving of whatever you expect Nigerians to do for him, what as that idiot ever done for Nigerians

Sadly some youths who supported the End SARS protest today support this brutalization of NLC president for political and ethnic reasons. We do too much to please our oppressors. Even if his mission in Imo State was political, when has political campaign becomes offense punishable by brutalization? The fact is that the Police had the option of just detaining Joe Ajaero in isolation to cut off oxygen to the then ongoing legitimate labour picketing but they chose brutalization to please some clowns who call themselves democrats. Whatever happened to Joe Ajaero is not enough justification for Nigeria work place to be shut down.

If the purpose of labour going on strike is to avenge injustice against its leadership then it does not worth it. It is simply ridiculous and shameful.

Labour should be interested in fighting injustice against the masses and not to punish the masses for injustice against one of its leaders.

Ajaero has inverted standards.

Ajaero has inverted standards.

Two things. One, if nothing is done with respect to a labour leader who was brutalized for going on picketing which is a legitimate tool of labour unionism to pressure employers, then the essence of labour union is defeated. So a reset is necessary. That strike and the attached demands were a reset mechanism to restore legitimacy of picketing and therefore a restatement that Joe Ajaero did nothing wrong by leading workers on picketing mission in Imo State.

Two, if you understood how unionism works you would have known that an injury to one is an injury to all.

So, to you there was no justification for shutting down the country but to the Labour Unions, there was a COMPELLING justification for doing so. They have the power to call FG to order. They did. FG through Nuhu Ribadu apologised and promised action. Balance of power reasserted. Win-Win situation.

Good. If you do, you won't complain the day thugs meet you at the polling unit and give you the beating of your life regardless of who you're there to vote for. You'll go home and nurse your wounds while hailing the thugs who inflicted it. That's if you're lucky to escape with your life.

This was the days when NLC was not an affiliate of a political party like LP that promotes politics of hate, lies, tribal/religious bigotry and criminal defamation.

Same thing happened to Alhaji Lai Mohammed during the era of HE Goodluck Jonathan yet APC never told its its members to boycott sittings or shut down governance in their states.

Senator Oshiomole can not just lament like the rest of us. He is a law maker and an ex-labour leader, he should submit draft laws to the national Assembly to separate NLC from a political party.

It's anti-democratic when NLC drags in workers in government institutions that must remain independent and apolitical like the judiciary, courts, INEC, university administrators etc just to promote a Labour Party candidate in Imo state elections. It is absolutely wrong and the National Assembly can enact laws to stop Labour Party or any other political party from using the NLC platform for what Mr Ajaero is doing.

Btw,the indefatigable Chief Frank Kokori needs the help of Mr Ajaero,Mr Usifo, NUPENG, NLC, TUC .

It breaks my heart that the same day Ajaero's LP of NLC was calling for strike was same day the Patriot, High Chief Kokori called them out to help him. Instead of them to help our national hero, Chief Kokori, they even called out those who should attend to his health to proceed on strike.

Ajaero, Usifo , NUPENG, NLC, TUC, Labour Party, please stop the politics of hate, lies, bigotry and criminal defamation and attend to our hero, Chief Kokori. His first constituency is the labour and he has done far more for NLC and Nigeria more than those you are supporting for political gains today. Please don't watch and leave Chief Kokori die.Thank you as you help Chief Kokori.Check my signature for free stuffs!
Shut up. Are you not displaying the same thing you criticize? Are you APC foolish supporter for what ever foolish reason you choose

From the lips of Oshiomole himself.

He was brutalized yet no media outlet covered it, he was brutalized yet there is no evidence anywhere, at the time oshiomole was NLC we had camera phone, nokia N97 even sagem my-x 55 was sophisticated enough to take pictures.

Maybe Oshiomole is high on weed, 2004 is just few steps down memory lane, except oshiomole show us the bruises and cut he is obviously cloutchasing/liein
