[quote author=Pakute post=127046355]Very greedy and selfish marketers, when dem still dey collect subsidy in dollars, no matter the price of oil in international market, dem go find dollars anyhow way to import oil because say dem wan collect subsidy but now Govt don commot subsidy, na to dey depend on NNPCL to go import and then go buy from NNPCL. Nigerians are greedy all round, dem go buy foodstuffs from north carry am enter south dey sell am 3times the price and people go begin dey shout food don cost, which food cost?. Nigerians are wicked to themselves. Thank God baba commot subsidy, our refineries are about to start producing again. People collecting subsidy who stopped our refinery from working will all cry blood.[/quote0] My dear, you are day dreaming. Which Baba removed subsidy, everything about APC is the more you look, the less you see. Come to think that our refinary will work by December, you have serious malaria. Abeg, let it fall,oo! It will be a heavily welcome development for the citizenry, because it's too much especially for the poor ones. Hopefully all the refineries would go into full operational capacity soon enough. God help our president rebrand this country. Amen. |

Is this not Nigeria? Just watch and see, they'll NEVER reduce the price to something meaningful..... Whatever goes up in Nigeria remains like that or even go higher. Nigerians are the most wicked people on earth! Even if pump price is reduced to N200 per liter today motorists won't reduce their price. Wicked things! |

Re: Fuel Price May Fall As Petrol Vessels Berth At Port by DeLaRue: 8:13am On Nov 19, 2023 |
Price hikes was nothing to do with scarcity. It's as a result of factors including: 1. Differentiated pricing which has resulted in buyers flocking to filling stations with lower prices resulting in long queues at those stations. 2. Greedy marketers with high prices are not selling hence why you see them issuing press statements every few weeks raising unnecessary alarms about fuel scarcity. They're trying to pressure the govt for their own selfish interest but they're being rightly ignored by the govt. 3. Due to the cost of diesel for fuel tankers, the futher away you live from Lagos and Port Harcourt, the higher the cost of petrol. This is unfortunate, but it is an inevitable consequence of removal of subsidy. 1 Like |

bewla: To President Tinubu: •President Tinubu should hasten up the Repairs of the Local Refineries, which other Past Govts-failed to do because of Corruption and anyone, that wants to be a clog in the wheel of Progress, should be exposed and dealt with and made an example,as Indiscipline and Corruption is the hall mark of Nigerians in the Economic Development. -If the government can beams there searchlights : •On Security Agents and their Apparatus+Sponsorers of Bokoharam, Kidnappers, Herdsmen, Local Collaborators of Evil( some hold Traditional and Religious leaders)- across the Nigerian States and across the Borders, - on the NNPC- Top Management, the Middle Management and their Footsoldiers- who are Economic Saboteurs,as they don't want to change, - the DISCOS- who don't want Nigeria to have Constant -Lights Breakthroughs, (even though Ghana, Benin Republic)- don't used Generators again, - the Local Engineers-in Collaboration of Foreign Counterparts- who collected huge sums in Naira and Dollars, but refused to perform the Contracts( e g. Ajaokuta Steel Complex), - Including many MIDAS-( Min.& Depts) - like NAFDAC,FARMA( Fed Rd Man Agen) are Very Corrupt), etc •All these Fed and State Institutions- are used by Govt Officials- just to reduced NIGERIA Image- ,as they don't want Nigeria to move further-e.g that Nothing Must Work in Nigeria and that is why the Youths are migrating - with Japa Syndrome! Very , Very Shameful! |
