You used the Word "Fetal" So it's safe to assume you understand more than the OP. Microchimerism does not happen just because of sperm, it happens due to conception (an egg and a sperm) hence the "Fetal" like you used.

So microchimerism will only occur if a woman gets pregnant, delivers the child, or aborts it. But if there is no conception even if the sex is unprotected, then there is no chance for chimerism.

First of all Microchimerism isn't limited to humans alone, it's present in almost all mammals.

Oga read the whole thing I wrote there. Don't be taking things out of context. Not all sex leads to pregnancy, if not there won't be a 1000 women praying for the fruit of the womb each December.

My point, which you so clearly missed is that Sex without pregnancy doesn't lead to Microchimerism. So the poster shouldn't go around saying non virgins have Microchimerism. That's not accurate.
