Correct me if I am wrong but Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Tai Solarin University of Education,
Babcock University are not in Abeokuta. They are in Ogun state but not Abeokuta

If it is in the City, then it is Kano. There are between 9 - 10 universities in Kano City and up to 16 - 17 if it's the whole State.
