Front loading is so basic in pretty much any action so I wonder why they would have made such a mistake. And it wasn't settled in the pre-trial conference??

Fatal error

Pdp had 30 states at a time, did you complain
APC will have 30 states too . Judiciary was much united and not compromised during obj era. Unlike in Tinubu’s government, judiciary has been heavily compromised. Nigerians said it some days ago. It’s very unfortunate seriously. What I only know is that what surely goes around will surely comes around. APC has the power now. Karma will surely backfired one day. It backfired during the Pdp time, it will surely backfired in APC times too.

I see some idiots praising their kinsmen for abusing the judiciary. The yorubas will be tagged enemies of Nigeria when tinubu is done. Nigerians will not forget how you yorubas gloated and bragged while your small God desttoyed the country.

It is basic but wasn't settled as at then.the new electoral act makes frontloading of everything mandatory but petitioners thought subpoenaed evidence were exempted so starting from obi and atiku, they started bringing subpoenaed evidences in the middle of trial.unfortunately, the pepc and apex court overruled them

Interesting.

As expected. The court of appeal is officially the most useless court in Nigeria.

Who told you that the judiciary is compromised? Why are you overlooking the serious infractions and evidences but talking rubbish driven by hateful sentiments
Apc can't have 30 states.they currently have 20.if you add zamfara, plateau and Kano,it will be 23.another states I suspect will be sacked is taraba, akwa ibom and adamawa but taraba will go nnpp while aks is ypp so highest is 24 states.once apc wins Edo next year,it's 25 and if fubara defects it's 26.so apc can't have 31 like pdp once had
