Watch it . By the time Tinubu will be leaving in eight years time. He would have dwarfed all the achievements of all northern leaders military or civilian.

Imagine if Obasanjo's achievements were sustained.

If Sule survives at the supreme court, then no governor deserves to be sacked.

This is beyond winning or losing.rigged votes amounting to 165,000 were found in favour of nnpp.the nnpp candidate was not a party member
I'm talking about Nasarawa. In Kano, it will be better for a re-run in those places were the ballot papers were not stamped.

A bad precedence for Apc, they actually think they will be in power forever, when it's time for others to do same hope they won't cry blue murder.

This law thing is warming up revolution...

I think this revolution will start from the Court

The tribunal countenanced the subpoenaed evidences of pdp.for his brain, you can figure that out since you have experience
Okkk. So he won based on not fronloading which he did not plead at the tribunal

Which people dominate lafia
On religion grounds, it's either 50% Muslims, 40% Christians and 10% traditional worshipers.
On tribal grounds, the Eggon tribe has more population than another tribe. Followed by Alago. But funny enough minority from Borno, Sokoto and Kano would always rule

Wetin concern me, when PDP was there, they failed to make good electoral laws , they tot they will be there forever, now it’s APC’s turn and they also think they will be there forever

PDP never had 30 states. More importantly PDP never stole states through the courts

Pdp had 30 states between 2007-2010.
Pdp started the court victory from bayelsa.apc hasn't stolen any state from pdp

There can't be rerun as there was illegal voting.a rerun can only suffice if the election wasn't concluded or there was none

It is basic but wasn't settled as at then.the new electoral act makes frontloading of everything mandatory but petitioners thought subpoenaed evidence were exempted so starting from obi and atiku, they started bringing subpoenaed evidences in the middle of trial.unfortunately, the pepc and apex court overruled them
can u explain more of this front loading stuff.tnx

Lol

Nigeria's law is indeed Yoruba because it is two faced; neither here nor there

MightySparrow:

Trust Yoruba lawyers. Only failures employ others. Law is based on technicalities not sentiments.

The reason Atiku, Obi and others failed in courts.

Law is Yoruba; Yoruba is Law .

Frontloading means attaching all your list of evidences and witnesses along with your petition or before pretrial commences
Re: Nasarawa: Appeal Court voids tribunal decision, affirms APC's Gov Sule as winner by braveboi4life: 2:03pm On Nov 23, 2023
Two things I will say and I've always said it
1. APC never won kaduna, Nasarawa and Ogun state,This states were won by PDP but manipulated by INEC and APC, you can take this fact to the bank.

2. 95% of the Judgement are product of manipulation by the Judiciary with the Political class, whether it favours APC, PDP or LP.
