And to answer the OP question.
Just two things.

1. Defense of my Christian Beliefs

2. Contrary to what is now seen in Modern Church, Christianity is Patriarchal.

But I never gather liver to voice out the second option in the midst of those crowd.

I'm not against having an opinion in such case, but expressing it.
Expressing an opinion against a mob is unwise, so it's better you keep it, or walk away and express it to them individually to have people on your side.

Doctors should conduct DNA test and confirm that the man is the father before collecting their bills. This should also be the case before the man's name is added as the father in the child's birth certificate.
