Now to his refinery. There is no way he could have it in the North, and he has the option of SS SE or SS. He didn't even blink his eyes because he knew his best partners were in SW. Why will he go to where he knows they can injure him and even collect his lifetime savings? Then, the next job is which state will reassure him well. He approached Ogun first and if you know how ex-gov Amosu wanted to wound him. Jagaban was just nearby and before Baba Aliko said he no dey do refinery again, Lagos state quickly rushed him.
