Wike and his boys took the wrongest move in this brouhaha, they just gave Edison enough opportunity to strike. Until when the case gets to Supreme Court and the court decides their membership of the Assembly, Edison remains the legal speaker with the detection of 27 of other members. Even if they get a counter court order, the Governor will now decide to obey the one he wants.
