The damage has been done already. There's no way he can comfortably pull heavy numbers from the other zones.

From my point of view, the last election was his best chance. But a lot of the gains he made has been swept away by insensitive management of the electoral loss.

People who think like you stay almost a lifetime in the hole without knowing they need to climb to be out.

What insensitive management of electoral loss? Daily we see hundreds of those who voted for a criminal comingbout to lament their suffering and voicing their regret. Is that good management of electoral victory?

Take away the rigging, the present occupiers of power would come a distant third behind Atiku and that's a fact known to all.

They had an highly partisan incumbent president, they had more than 22 governors, majority in Nass, majority of Staye Assemblies, ministers, commisioners, the army, police, NSCDC, INEC and paid touts and vagabonds all behind them. Yet, with all the grand scale rigging they could only produce 2.8 million fanthom votes over a candidate who had nobody except the people behind him.

This tells you the story. Remove all the illegal support Tinubu got, he wouldn't have secured 2 million total votes. He knows it and everyone knows he is on that seat just to count days.

The electorates will form and make a decision based on your past achievements. Leadership is not only about having good intention or claiming to be a saint but does the would-be leader has the political will and competency to govern a complex country as Nigeria. I think Obi will be overwhelmed with the various challenges confronting Nigeria and may be frustrated at some point. Take a look at Tinubu, the first 2 months into his administration, there was noticeable peace across the country, however, things are taking negative turns presently as security is getting worse under his watch. Why is it difficult for him and the security agencies to nip all these senseless killing in the bud? what are the service chiefs doing to curtail these rubbish? Why is Ribadu sleeping or what is his role as NSA? Arms and ammunitions are now in the wrong hands and this is a time bomb. Imagine Bokoharam, UGM displaying ammunitions in broad day light and some governors are romancing them or looking away? What would Obi have done differently if he were to be the president today? Do you think he has solution to boko-haram, fulani herdsmen, kidnappings bedevilling the north and UGM issue in the south-east? How many states in Nigeria has Helicopter that can respond to emergency security issue in their states? These governors never think outside the box on ways to improve security in their states except to steal public fund. Federal government should compel every states acquire helicopters to respond to emergency security situation. Had it been Plateau State has an helicopter, the senseless killings of innocent people would have been stopped or reduced to the minimum.
