When God created man, he gave me free will and as far as he is concerned to hold man accountable for his deeds, he won't interfere with the freewill he has given him. Most of the problems of the world are born out man in his ego placing his desire and will above that of his maker. If every being listens and follow God, there will be peace in the world,war will cease and God will reign forever. However, in a world of sin and corruption, that will never happen,not until the world ceases and Christ returns to reign shall we have peace that last for all eternity. The war in Ukraine has nothing to do with Pope, in the midst of the war stands a man who controls by his fear and ego who stop at nothing to bring the world to its kneels.
