Where is the big cheque of the 1 billion. You guys won't believe it but Femi Otedola is not as rich as they claim. If I saw her in that picture with a ceremonial cheque of 1Billion Naira, I would have believed to an extent. Lets wait and see if any government official will collaborate the storey.
