Even if ballot box stuffing occurred as APC alleged, the right thing is to cancel the PU results and not sifting through to cancel ballot papers. The PO is also expected to write a report detailing the issues that occurred

Don't worry. APC will take advantage of this by inducing polling officers. Just write reports that stuffed ballot boxes contain materials used in the election.
