Do Misunderstandings Strengthen, Weaken, Or Correct Relationships? by jkpretty(f): 1:06pm On Sep 17, 2007 |
I don't Know really I'm of the opinion misunderstandings kind of strengthens relationships, especially when finally resolved. U guys don't call each other becos u are annoid at one thing or the other. But u get back together & its sweeter. But there are sometimes u have certain misunderstanding that breaks trust & u try to mend back becos of love. but leaves a scare in ur heart which is a reminder. Sometimes again u have misunderstandings that, tends towards being corrected but somehow gets out of hand & end up in break up. This is a two question thing: Does misunderstanding Strengthen, weaken or correct relationships? How do u handle Misunderstandings in ur relationship? |

@ topic misunderstanding can cause both. but if it happens all time or more often than not then the couple in question will have reassess their mode of communication and how they relate to each other daily. @tobaaro you might need to explain more. be careful of exasperation tho. approaching her at the best of moments may be the mantle for your relationship. pin pointing the best of times will be at your discretion and will rely heavily on how well you know and understand your girl. does that help? cant say any more without more info. |

A relationship without occasional misunderstanding and quarrels is a relationship built on deceit and insincerity. When you become to careful to step on your partner's feet, you don't get to know eachother well. Two people with different sexes, backgrounds, ideas about life, culture and so many other differences are bound to misunderstand each other now and again. But the most important thing is that when you have a fight, you must learn from it. It should be a mistake that never repeats itself a second time, in that case, that particular misunderstanding builds the relationship because it helps you to know your partner better. But if the same issue is the cause of several misunderstandings and these misunderstandings are very rampat, then, it's very very unhealthy. |

While I recognise the role disagreements play in strengthening relationship, I must warn you girls from hitting the wrong button. A temperamental guy must be left alone. Provoke him and he may leave you with ugly scares that would make you hate him for life. The rule remain the same: KNOW WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH. |

exactly, the result depends upon the nature of the parties involved. pragmatism doesnt prevail in every circumstance. |

olanajim: Hmmm! Same goes to the guys, we warn u guys too. Know who u are dealing with. U might not go away with what u think is so little. kinzolic: sometimes truely, misunderstandings makes one know if the other is really worth it or not. What u feel when u are almost losing the person determines ur true feelings. |
