Keep your mouth shut please IBB! You are one of the major problems of this country. Why did you annul June, 12, 1993 election the freest and fairest election in the history of Nigeria? The more dictators like you interfere in the politics of Nigeria, there can never be an egalitarian Nigeria. So Keep shut in the affairs of Nigeria till you return to your maker!

We will say no to one party system of course...but you also contributed to this problem! That notwithstanding, you made a lot of sense and we'll not allow dictatorship in the name of one party state

Between TRUTH and Fictionality-In IBB story:
Just imagine,Seun Osewa, there is need to get our History back to the Classrooms and the Nigerian Past leaders are actually not telling the truth!
This is your IBB,now a Motivational Speaker, abi? Let him tell the Indomie Generation - his own side of the Story!
- Here is a man,who introduced 'President ' to himself,in the Army and destroyed the Army achelon, and Cadres, under different disguises, before he was eased out of the System!
- He spent 8- good years - paramnbulating on how to hand Over Govt to Civilian, which at the end of the day ,he never did and People like Braithtwhate, Gani Fawehinmi, etc and many Human Rights - were fighting him, because it was obvious,he took Nigerians for granted,as he later abandone his evil mission on Nigeria!
- He Annulled'the June 12,1993- ( ar Mid- Night) - when he used one- Author Nzeribe- of Ass.Of Better Nigeria ( ABN)-who went to get injustion through a Kangaroo Judicial Official at Night-thereby plunging the Nation -Nigeria into absmay and irrecoverable entity because of greed and reasons known to him!
- When the Political upheavals was becoming intolerable for him and his accolites,he coined a small documents, and wrote that whosoever is the Most Senior in the Army, should Step in to take over Power- while he wanted to buy time to arrange for an Interim Govt ( can you imagine that in Nigeria- yes,he did) by picking a man called Ernest Shonekan- who never participated in Political -Democracy all his life - and suddenly became a President! The IBB- did this to cajole the SouthWest -People( afterall, both Abiola and Shonekan,as well as OBJ- All came from Abeokuta),but S/ West People- are well advanced in Political emancipation - so you can't deceived them!
•That is what he arranged for Nigeria and of course, within 3-Months,Interim Government (IG) Nonsense- was toppled by Sanni Abacha - who too was norturing to taste Power and eventually became Maximum leader,at that time!
IBB,left the twilight of Lagos to Abuja in the midst of Political Confusion, demonstrations, all over Nigeria, which he Caused by himself, and the World started taken Nigeria for granted!
Today, Abacha Stole Money more than anyone in Nigeria- at least,we are still collecting back the Illegal Transfers - through Europeans magnanimity!
•IBB brought SFEM and SAP Nigeria into Nigeria, thereby caused Destruction of the Naira and what it is Today!
• Abacha became a Maximum leader- that enables the formation of NADECO-etc!
Today- for historical analysis, let him tell the whole World - Why he Annulled'the most Sacred Elections held in Nigeria' in Nigeria!
May be they were copying other African leaders then to do this ' evil ' against their Countries- like Mobutu Seseseko of Zaire, etc!
The rest is History,he should tell Nigeria, another Story- may be for Indomie Generation- to listen to him!
The Evil that Men Do live After them!

Beer parlour gossip!

One of the reasons the coup of 1966 was carried out is because of corruption with impunity.

Corruption has always been!

BABANGIDA WAS GOD SENT TO NIGERIA .........MY HEART BLEEDS SOMETIMES WHEN I THINK OF IT.

HE BANNED CORRUPT POLITICIANS AND FORMED TWO PARTIES (SDP AND NRC). IT WAS EITHER LEFT OR RIGHT.

A LITTLE BIT TO THE LEFT AND A LITTLE BIT TO THE RIGHT - THAT WAS THE SLOGAN ........ NIGERIANS ALIGNED AS WAS INSTINCTIVELY LED

HOPEFULLY ......

HE BUILT PARTY OFFICES IN ALL LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS OF THE COUNTRY......THERE WAS NO FINANCIAL INDUCEMENT.......

QUALITY MEN CAME OUT AND SORT FOR ELECTIVE OFFICES WITHOUT VOTE BUYING - NO MONEY BAGS ...........

HE APPOINTED THE BEST INEC CHAIRMAN THIS COUNTRY HAS EVER HAD TILL DATE .... PROF. HUMFRY NWOSU (ARCHITECT OF OPTION A4 --

FOOL PROOF VOTING SYSTEM).

HE PLANNED AND CONDUCTED THE BEST OF ALL ELECTIONS IN THIS COUNTRY TILL DATE ...( FREEST, FAIREST AND MOST CREDIBLE BEYONG

ALL DOUBTS )......

THE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE WAS THE CROWNING GLORY OF THE ENTIRE PROCESS ......................MOST NIGERIANS WATCHED IT LIVE.

NIGERIANS WERE HAPPY AND MADE UP THEIR MINDS TO GO OUT AND VOTE .......... AND WE TRUELY VOTED............

BABANGIDA WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BECOMING THE MOST ACCLAIMED HERO IN THE HISTORY OF NIGERIA ..............

THEN SUDDENLY, HE BLEW EVERYTHING APART.. HIS EFFORTS..HIS INGENEUITY..HIS NAME..HIS FAME..HIS FAMILY..HIS CREDIBILITY....

AND THE NATION AS A WHOLE....

SINCE THEN, WE HAVE NOT RECOVERED AS A NATION TILL NOW ......... ..........

I'M SURE BABANGIDA WILL NOT EVER FORGIVE HIMSELF FOR THAT DESERVICE TO OUR NATION, SEEING THE WAY THINGS ARE TODAY...

GOD SENT HIM TO NIGERIA TO REDEEM THE NATION .... HE BLUNTLY DISOBEYED GOD WITH CONSEQUENCES.

I PRAY FOR HIM AND HIS FAMILY AND I WISH HIM WELL.

NEVERTHELESS, LET HIS CASE BE A LESSON FOR ALL NIGERIANS ...( POLITICIANS AND NON POLITICIANS ).

WHEN OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS, SINCERELY OPEN AND ALLOW IT TO ENTER ......................................................................................

There's nothing like rejection in one party system, what did other political parties are contributing? Is it only during election will fill a candidate and after election nothing more..Y Nigerian are hearing two parties instead of nineteen political parties? It means other political parties were only register with out any purposes?Look what happened between PDP and APC before 2015 general election..Check the political management..And Nigerian should make a decision.. Thanks..

The General and former Head of State, his driver and who/or, and whatever, might not be anything before God. As humans, I'll all the time, be an advocate of us trying do right everytime no matter how hard, because it is on God and us, always..
! - (do your honest and best part and leave God's...!). You are where you are, and you wouldn't know exactly their various personal contributions to the economy, because of course, they should all be contributing however that is. If we have their likes in millions, and I mean people who have benefited from Nigeria these past years, all contributing, and doing their parts to see our beloved Nation become better, we no dey like this. I think he did his best at his time, and at least, one thing we know is that it wasn't this bad as we have today. Even 20 years after he left office, it wasn't still this bad. However, and based on the present, we no go still bother, or about the current, @Tinubu, because God go still bless us, and we wish him (Mr President) the best. It is nothing wrong to criticize, but when we must, it should be balanced and without curses.
