Oga shut up, no fly zone can be enforced in the entire country not just military zone, it covers both civilian aircrafts and military aircrafts, presently Niger put a no fly zone on all aircratlfts coming to Nigeria, that is done by their country's airspace management which is still under the ministry of aviation if they have one and enforced by the air force.
