Last year December, there was this fake products trend. Ever since, every canned edible is suspicious to me and I have stopped 95% purchase of them.

This has really saved me money. I just want to focus on fruits, vegetables, normal home-made food, and exercise.

So, I'm looking for alternatives to everything I used to buy. Hollandia yogurt has been replaced with soursop. Sadly, soursop are expensive here, but I love it.

The two below were bought for 2k. I want to buy 40-50k worth of soursop, blend, and preserve. Will it spoil? Some people said refrigerated food aren't good.

This fruit has season and I so much love it. We have it in my grandpa's house in the village, but back then, I never liked it because it was free.

Now that I buy it, I love and appreciate it more.

Buying 40k wort of fruits and blending them is not advisable. Even if you're planning on refrigerating it, it's still not advisable.
There some fruits that don't do well if kept inside a fridge for a long period of time.
So I'll advice you to start small and monitor the process and see how everything goes.

Plus you just gave me the idea of manufacturing soursop juice.
