What is there in this Mangu that is so lucrative that the insurgents are desperate to take hold of?

Nairalanders in Abuja, please assist by filling out my questionnaire

Hi there,

I'm currently conducting a research study on organised violence and crime in the Federal Capital Territory. Your contributions would help create victim-focused insights into the challenges and also assist policymakers in reaching a broader spectrum of solutions to curb these menaces. Attached is the link to the questionnaire survey;

Let the people of Mangu confirm the news. Since the Plateau State CAN chairman made an allegation, the Nigeria Army can't be trusted.
If true, then it's a good one. All terrorists must be eliminated
So anything that comes from the so called CAN is true?

Sceptical of the numbers though.
30 gunmen killed,50 captured and no army casualty.
Unless you are bombing people from the air or long range missiles,no army can kill up to 30 and capture 50 in a shoot out without sustaining casualties.Even the Israelis cannot.
I see propaganda to show the government the security forces are working.Hope I am wrong though and the army can put out pictorial evidence of this great feat.

Good for them...!

My question remains... How long before this happens again?!!

At what point will the entire nation become secure and free from terrorism?!!

This can't be rocket science na.

Nigeria under the military rule didn't have terrorists running haywire all over the nation...

Nigerian soldiers literally had next to nothing to do that they only saw action when drafted under Ecomog to maintain peace in other African nations.

What did they do right back then, and what are we doing wrong under this civilian rule?!!

What the h*ll is in the CAN chairman that made him the source of truth?
