Why bring Oyedepo into this?
When Moses led the children of Israel out of Egypt, was he the one that got them to make a golden calf for themselves to worship?
His prayer may have enabled the appointment, but her own action brought her to where she is.

Oyedepo prayer nko?

She said Oyedepo's prayer made her appointment happen. Whose prayer suspended her?

You lot always find a way to attach a meaningless God to everything. Those of you who mention God at every little chance are probably the worst set of people. Them use wayo swear for some people?
You are the one lacking sense here. The lady said Oyedepo's prayer made her appointment happen. I pointed out that day that her work or connection with politicians is what made the appointment to happen. Her work and connection are what also led to her suspension now. This is the fact.

You turn things upside down. God didn't take Moses or other Israelites back to Egypt. He only delayed their movement but didn't reverse the movement. This lady's case is a reversal.

You get time. That mumu always talk off point.
Justiceleague1:

Did anyone say God has abandoned her?
She erred and the presidency ain't a place for such errors.
This is not any abandoning, this is simply for her to repent and amend her ways and be careful in her next line of duty.

As much as I have been trying to avoid this notion which has been commonly mentioned since the inception of this lady's trial: I think I will have to lend my simple view by making a reference to the scripture; let us read and digest;

"Everything God has done will last forever; nothing he does can ever be changed. God has done all this, so that we will worship him."
(Contemporary English Version)
Ecclesiastes 3:14

....going by the above quote, I think a line can be drawn.

I hate how these politicians usually deceive themselves thinking they are smarter than anyone out here. They manipulate and coerce us to believing that they prayed to attain a seat of power, they are handshaking the Satan and plant a kiss on Jesus; Politicians and hypocrisy are like 5 and 6.

Prayer has done his part but she refused to do her part. In the life of everyone there is always God's part and there is always yours.

God does not abandon what he started. He didn't abandon Israelites. He may delay the progression but does not reverse the movement. He delayed Israelites on the way but didn't take them back to Egypt.

you know nothing about God. If God does not abandon his people, why did he abandon Adam when he ate the fruit? Why did God give solomon wisdom and abandon him when he worshipped another god? Na ur type dey go church to go snap pictures and toast girls

Corrupt vagabonds.
Tinubu is a mandate and common wealth thief, Betta Edu is a common wealth thief.
To hell with both of them
End.

I expected you to mention who God made a king and later removed from the throne. The cases you cited here differ from the Edu's own.

Which means what earned her the appointment is her character and not Oyedepo's prayer.

Favour earned her the job. King Saul was favoured and anointed as the first king of Israel but he lost it because of incessant disobedience.

Tinubu's position is understandable. The lady failed to use her common sense and wisdom in running the ministry and she is paying dearly for it. Hope she has learnt her lesson and become better for it

She should be tried and jailed if found guilty. It is only in this country that a reinstatement can even be mentioned. Shameless lot.

You lack understanding of the scriptures. Why are you so Inquisitive about Oyedepo's prayer in her life? Too Pathetic.
immortalcrown:
Oyedepo's prayer nko?

She said Oyedepo's prayer made her appointment happen. Whose prayer suspended her?

Things like her appointment are determined by human efforts, not by prayer. If you pray without efforts, it won't happen. If you make the appropriate efforts without prayer, it will happen. This is why many who pray fail while many who do not pray succeed. Prayer is very necessary and effective, but it's function is not for economic or political success. The function of prayer is to connect or reconcile you with God, save you from the enemies you can't identify (not from identified enemies), and position you for salvation on the last day.

The point is that her appointment was because of her connections or works with politicians, not because of Oyedepo's prayer. Just as her works or connection with politicians led to her suspension now. But she wrongly or hypocritically said Oyedepo's prayer is responsible for the appointment. So, if Oyedepo's prayer made her appointment happen, whose prayer suspended her?

This is how they prone Christianity to mockery. When they fraudulently get rich, they call it grace during their testimonies in Church. When the fraud leaks, the Church where the testimony happened will be mocked. Those who tapped into her grace during her testimony will be uncomfortable now. But when she credited the appointment to Oyedepo's prayer, you people didn't see the error because you are narrow-minded. You lose your common sense because of your religious fanaticism. You believe any claim linked to a man of God or to God's name is true. Those of us who properly analyzed her words were tagged antichrists that are against Christianity. This is also how you usually say that every leader is appointed by God. It is like saying every criminal is appointed by God.
