I had a very disappointing experience yesterday, i should have walked out on her, after expressing how she doesn't look even close to the pictures she posts, than wasting my time and money on someone deceptive.

But i kept my cool, and behaved like a gentle man

What even got me offended, was her greed, to have a taste of every meal on the menu.

I had to tell her, to pay for her take away, which she took alone, can you imagine she started giving me an attitude.

I don't understand, should i also pay for your own take out as well angry

That's what made me quit online dating. Met this babe on Facebook, chatted for a month and things got serious in the process. We were really into each other. Did video calls and all, was really happy i hit the jackpot.

She finally had the confidence to come around, went to pick her at the bus stop. Didnt see no one like her. Got angry and wanted to bail when my phone rang. Someone was waving at me. Got closer and couldn't believe my eyes. She was nothing like her pictures. Not saying she's ugly. Took her home, we watched couple of cartoons and conversed extensively. Couldn't bring myself to have sex with her even as she was clingy, her hands were all over me, she's the touchy feelings type. Escorted her back to the bus stop. Promised to call her and all, kissed her goodbye.

On the way back the dots began to connect. Realized i got worked over her because she was so good at talking, her pictures were mostly misleading and heavily embedded with filters. Even the video calls, she always covered up with poorly lit environment complaining about power outage. I had been catfished.

After i confirmed she had gotten home. I deleted her number, deleted the Facebook app too, stopped picking her calls.

If our initial connection had been physically, tbh i would have no objection being serious with her. The fact i had high expectations only to be let down killed all feelings i had for her. Why should i date someone I'm more physically attractive than. Ever since i switched back to associating with real people, i have rest of mind somewhat.

This experience is from 2018.
My views have changed somewhat, i priotize women who have interest in me now. Never went back to online dating again. It's a scam, for me oo.
