NNPC was only swapping crude oil for petrol all through buhari tenure with the use of the local consumption quota in Nigeria Crude.
It's the government's laziness to think of innovative ideas that took us to where we are and not subsidy. The government could not meet her OPEC quota and was not pumping enough oil so revenue was declining.
Why should the citizens be the one to pay for that by removing subsidy?
