Exactly. The creation of state police is so necessary as these kidnappers or criminals are armed with sophisticated weaponry. I don't know how they are able to afford such weapons and how those weapons get into their hands. Do you also realise that the Emir was chased out of Ilorin, a Yoruba land as its name depicts by the Yorubas before the British came? The British wrote it in their archive as a matter of fact. That was the record documented in the archives by the British who emphatically stated that the Emir had been chased out of Ilorin before the British arrived. When the Balogun wouldn't submit, they were exiled while the Emir was brought back. All these are documented already in the old archives. In 1934, same Emir was deposed by the Yorubas. It was British who brought him back then.

Any useless terrorist fermenting trouble in Yoruba land had better watch his useless self and head. This also includes the Igbos!
