Niger Republic coup is not the first, and would not be the last. The military took over in Myanmar a few years ago and the defacto head of government, aung san suu kyi is still in prison as we speak, no one threatened yo invade Myanmar. China, US, Russia and its neighbours are continuing life as normal.
