Measuring the size of an economy is only by GDP. If you rank the size and say we are the second highest in terms of GDP. But GDP per capita divides the size of the economy by the population. When you plan annually to grow by below your population growth then you should expect a low GDP per capita. Nigeria has no business with GDP growth of 3percent..let us push the production possibility frontier and grow by ten percent consecutively for 8 years and socially the govt promoted social justice with reduced corruption..Then let us see if people will not be happy with the result.
