Popular Nigerian social media user Verydarkman reacted to Asisat Oshoala's outburst towards him Recall Legit.ng reported that the Super Falcon star attacked the dark model for bullying her male colleague, Alex Iwobi Verydarkman, in his new message to Asisat, reinstated that the Super Eagles midfielder didn't give his best shot at the Africa Cup of Nations 2023 Internet sensation Martins Vincent Otse, best known as Verydarkman, has responded to Nigerian football star Asisat Oshoala's outburst towards him.

The energetic sportswoman had called out Verydarkman, alongside celebrity blogger Tunde Ednut for cyberbullying Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi. VDM continues to argue that Alex Iwobi didn't perform well.

To me iwobi performed well. He was not a central midfielder because he wasn't good at it as he is fairly good as an attacking midfielder But paseiro converted him to a central midfield in this occasion.
The problem paseiro inherited from the super eagles as a coach is our lack lustre central midfield. He couldn't just fix it. And he brilliantly decide to change tactics to strengthen the defence to lead way for counter attacks. Note that we are not used to 5-3-2 formation. But our potency in it shows we are a threat to every team. He however went extreme by going for a 5-4-1 right from the quarter finals where Osimhen was not fed enough quality through balls.

If we truly love these footballers, and super eagles as our national team, we must be able to tell ourselves the truth.

1. The coach's tactics hindered any form of midfield creativity.

2. Our midfielders are 'very very' average if not below average.

Our midfielders can never make five consecutive passes in the opposition half wetin no good no good.

3. Way before the finals, some people have been saying it that our midfield and especially Iwobi weren't doing the needful and this was while we were winning. So it's not only because lost that iwobi and the team is getting criticized.

Before the AFCON, we played miserably in the world cup qualifiers and the friendly just before the competition. While we might have reached the finals, this team still has a lot of deficiencies. The midfield play especially is an eyesore. Pretending that all is well will not help us qualify for the world cup. What needs to be said has to be said.

Let iwobi humbly bow out of the eagles 🦅,, he has tried. Some of them are opporturned to be in the eagles. Not that they are the best amongst a country with over 200 million people.
