Don't be a lazy head... government can meet farmers board dialogue with them and instruct them against exploitative prices, government can meet manufacturing union, as well as major importers.

Forex problem is about too much demand for dollars, due to high importation volume, and hoarding of dollars by Nigerians causing dollar scarcity...it's very different from government protecting it's people against producers and manufacturers from exploiting the people.
