There are 91 cement companies in some countries, they pay for raw materials, they pay taxes, no tax waiver, no import waivers.

Nigerians maybe quiet but not for long. Now Emefiele has siphoned all the dollars to him to build a refinery ? He built a 17 billion dollar refinery [b]and has paid 70% of the loan back without selling a drop of petrol ?[/b]How did he pay the loan ? He got the money for free from CBN, most likely or some backdoor deals. Now Nigeria is transferring all these cost to the masses, when technically Nigeria owns that refinery, it was built with dollars meant for the whole country.
