They prefer to feed their brothers in Niger than their compatriots in other regions,,I see a clear picture now as it is being rumoured that all the herdsmen and kidnappers roaming around the north and middle belt were brought in from Niger

Northern border with Niger is too vast, over 1000km it's almost impossible to curb this type of smuggling. The next batch will plan their movements more strategically now

You can't tell people where to sell their products
This lgb0 ideology of "you cañ't tell people where to sell their products", "you can't tell people what price to sell their products" is a major player in economic faiIures in Nigerîà.
U can go to SE, buy something for #10, go to north where Hausa-Fulani is dominating and buy same item for #6.
But u will all come back to bIame government for soaring prices but u don't want price and quality control.
So if everyone decides to move their grains to neighboring countries because "you cañ't tell people where go sell their products" how do u think u will survive?

We know the northerners game…. They don’t want to sell their farm products to other region of the country, so that we can start a heavy protest against the government.

Your plans will fail

you see wickedness

when i talk they banned me on Nairaland

i said you people should stop attacking Tinubu, focus your hunger madness on Atiku, Dangote to tell their people to stop the food blockage from the North.

These guys have businesses down south and nobody bothered their business.

If you must protest take your protest to them not to Tinubu

What kind of thinking is this for God sake. It's difficult sharing a country with some people

In a sane country you can do that since that is what we call governance. The problem is that this nation is flooded with ignoramus and bigots and this has been bane towards development.

Yes, when you export what's not enough for local use. Especially when the government frowns against it

Federal government closed down border and stop the importation of food ,to encourage our farmers. We have been patronizing them by buying their farm produce despite the price.
Look at what they are doing. They are exporting food to Niger republic while there is scarcity of food in Nigeria .
I'm done with this country.
We are the problem of our self not the leaders.
How can a trader effect the price of old stock with new price.
That is too bad.

Dude are you comparing stealing to this? The owners of the food bought, hoard and tried to smuggle them. It's not the same as stealing our common wealth (crude). How do we justify certain things?
It's good they were turned back. If caught again they can confiscate the truck and food in it.
