All the governors have to stand up firm for their citizens now by dedicating some vast piece of land for plantation of essential crops the state needs in massive proportion for short and long term solution because for many reasons, some of which have unfolded already, we can't continue to rely on the north for our food supply.

It's essentially the APC way: pretend to solve the problem, while the real problem is you. Proffer "solutions" that are only self-catering. For instance, a minister of communications proposed crowd funding to raise ransom for kidnapped people. The real solution would be to use GPS to locate kidnappers' dens or track bank accounts used by the kidnappers, but, no, they are not really trying to solve Nigeria's problems.
