It’s absolutely stupid to think everyone who trade on Binance or involved in crypto is a fraud, criminal or whatever incriminating word y’all wanna use. There’s no single sector in the world that doesn’t have its downside but that doesn’t make it bad/evil, it’s just how the world works and if you’ve gat dat mindset of crypto/Binance being a criminal enterprise, ur just a primitive fellow who the world would soon leave behind. Anyone can hoard money on Binance or through crypto as a form of investment, criminals does, likewise the legit hustlers and this happens in everyday financial settings so ain’t nothing new but y’all with primitive brains thinking P2P is the root cause of naira devaluation is just pure stupidity, how do exchange of naira within the country brings abt so much devaluation? So u mean everyday exchange going everywhere in the country leads to naira devaluation too. Y’all need to think and reason deeply, there’s no way recirculating a currency in the country will lead to devaluation cos with P2P, u buy using naira and when u sell u receive naira, it’s basically naira recycling!

When a Govt says Binance is fixing the rates of their foreign exchange. Just know they have run OUT of ideas. They need someone to blame. Binance operates in more than 50 countries. That logic means they must be destroying the global economy.

Presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga claimed in an interview on Channels T.V yesterday, that Binance will destroy Nigeria's economy if not stopped.

Baba God, Nigeria is in your hands. Last week it was Bureau De Change wrecking the economy. This week na Binance. Next week, na you and me them go blame. They are clearly trying everything to see what sticks. Is anyone even in charge anymore?...it is well.

(P.s: For the defenders who will start fake comparisons, the problems Binance has with U.S and Indian Govt are around anti-money laundering laws. No working Govt has ever opened its mouth to say a crypto exchange is in charge of its currency)

So in summary, FG pushed out some propaganda, you believed it, then you're explaining it to others, after having done zero research on the topic?

What are you going to do next? Call Obidients names because you have been told to?

Are you done foaming at the mouth like a rabid dog. What propaganda did the FG push that I'm extending. Was it not The Guardian which reported this arrest, it wasn't even the FG which made it public.

Obidients can try inject themselves into all conversations but this one has nothing to do with their deranged postulations.

I've been very clear many don't even understand the role of speculation on the FX in Nigeria. Beyond fiscal & monetary politicies of FG and CBN there is a less understood issue of Insidious demand for dollar it's become a second means of payment if that doesn't bother folls like yourself then I don't know what will.
